First, I'd like to say, high pressure is not the simple means of cleaning a structure, roof, or masonry.  The entire process is a delicate balance between detergents and use of water.  High pressure alone can clean surfaces, but it can also do a lot of damage as well.  

We understand the reasons for not using high pressure on everything, and take great care to protect your property during cleaning.  We understand what size of pressure washer to use, not for the pressure, but for the flow, to do the best job possible.

We take the time to talk to you to see what you would like done.  We perform a site pre-inspection before any work is done, and provide you with pictures of any areas of concern with the estimate prior to starting.  Once we have your permission to proceed, you can leave it to us to get the job done.  

If you personally know me, you know I value my name and reputation.  Doing the right thing every time, even if it means owning up to a mistake, is a must and not an option.  Communication, trust, and respect .

Remember we 

1. Are fully insured.

2. Provide you with a copy of pre-inspection prior to work.

3. Estimate for the cost of services.

4. Provide you with an electronic means to pay your invoice for services.

5. Educate you on what will be done.  An educated client allows you to make the best decision for you and your property. 

6. Want to leave your property viewed more as a friend than a service provider.  Establishing a relationship which will continue to grow over the years.

*Note*  The client is responsible for removing items from the area to be cleaned.  This allows us to maximize our time cleaning which helps us keep our costs as low as possible.  We can move items, but there will be an additional fee to do such.  Open and honest with no intent to deceive.  Thus why this was published for you to know ahead of time with no surprises.
